The following rates include participation in all presentations and conferences during the two days of June 14 and 15, English/French translation, lunches, coffee breaks as well as a buffet dinner on the evening of June 14th.
Rates do not include any necessary transportation or lodging costs

  • “Early Bird” Tickets: €456 (Rate valid until 11 May 2018 at midnight)
  • Full Price Tickets: €540
  • Student Tickets: €120 (student ID will be required on the day of the Congress when you select this rate)

The rates indicated are fixed/package rates, regardless of the option(s) chosen when registering. Entry in the middle of the day or after the start of the program will not be possible.
For logistical and security reasons within the OECD compound, Congress participants will have to arrive sufficiently in advance of the start of the Congress. An arrival at least thirty minutes prior to the start of the program is recommended.
Meals taken at the OECD are taken into account in the timetable.

Three payment methods are possible:

  • By electronic payment (Credit card via PayPal). You may make a payment via your own PayPal account or directly by credit card (no need to have a PayPal account). The cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, National Bank Card, Aurore, Carte VPay, Cofinoga/Priviliège, Cofidis 4 étoiles, American Express, Discover, and Maestro. Your registration for the Congress will be taken into account immediately, provided the payment has been accepted by PayPal.
  • By check. This payment method is possible for anyone holding a French current account. The cheque should be made out to the “Association pour l’Education de la Petite Enfance”, and on the back of the check, please note your organisation’s name as well as the first and last names of the people to be registered for the Congress. The cheque should be sent to us at the following address: Association Ensemble pour l’Education de la Petite Enfance, 37 Allée du Forum, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France. Upon confirmation that your cheque has cleared, an email confirming your registration will be sent to you.
  • By wire transfer. You can transfer your payment electronically to our bank account IBAN FR44 3000 2008 5200 0000 5795 E21 and CODE B.I.C. CRLYFRPP, specifying as the purpose of the transfer: « CONGRES2018 » + [code generated by the system]. Upon confirmation that your transfer has cleared, an email confirming your registration will be sent to you.

Should you require an invoice, please make your request in writing at: congress.transition@eduensemble.org and it will be supplied by return e-mail.

NB: For European Union nationals, the intra-Community VAT number must be provided at the time of registration, as it must appear on the invoice (ex-Tax).

Please note that no on-site registration will be possible. Neither will there be any on-site payment method available..


  • Coat rooms: Please note that luggage is prohibited within the conference-room compound of the OECD. You may, nonetheless, drop it off at the coat room, located in the building reception area.
  • Accessibility for People with Reduced Mobility: The OECD Convention Centre is equipped to provide access to people with reduced mobility throughout the site. Moreover, it is also possible to borrow a wheelchair on site. When registering, please make your request by indicating your specific needs in the “Comments” section.
  • Translation: The International Congress will feature speakers from several different countries. The languages of the Congress will be French and English, official languages at the OECD. Simultaneous translation services will be available upon request when registering for the Congress. The necessary translation equipment will be allocated to you.
  • ATM: An ATM is available within the OECD. More information is available on the OECD website.


  • Professional reservations for the Congress will take precedence.
  • For access-security reasons at the OECD, sign-in procedures are strict and require:
    • Proof of identification must be presented. When completing your registration form, please be sure to fill in the appropriate ID number in order to obtain your badge at Reception.
    • A photo, which will be taken when you sign in at the OECD reception area.
    • At the end of the sign-in process, an access badge will be issued for the full duration of the Congress.
  • The wearing of the badge is mandatory, strictly personal and non-transferable. Any fraudulent use will result in its confiscation, without prejudice to any claim for damages which might be demanded by the organisation. Any lost, forgotten or unused badges will under no circumstances be reimbursed or replaced.
  • The making of recordings and shooting of photographs are strictly controlled within the OECD compound.
  • It is possible to register up to two participants per registration session. Should you wish to obtain more than 2 tickets, simply repeat the registration procedure as many times as necessary. You will receive a printable email confirming your registration (*) (**) and listing all the information that you have supplied us.
  • Cancellation and Refund Terms: Any request for cancellation must be sent to us in writing at the following email address: congres.transition@eduensemble.org. Any cancellation request made at least 45 days prior to the start of the Congress will be reimbursed at 100%. Any cancellation request made between 30 and 45 days prior to the start of the Congress will be reimbursed at 50%. Any request for cancellation during the 30 days immediately preceding the start of the Congress will not be reimbursed.

(*) For every completed registration session, you will receive one confirmation e-mail. Ex: Should you wish to register 5 people, you will have to open 3 registration sessions and you will receive 3 emails pertaining to these registration sessions
